We had our first experience with Kirkland RV in 2012. Ken and Kevin worked very hard to get us into the rig we wanted. They were extremely helpful and honest and no pressure. I can even remember Ken saying that he has many return customers because of their customer service which I agree was outstanding!
Very good first impression!
Fast forward to 2016 and we were looking to upgrade. After going to the RV show, looking at a couple dealers and surfing RV trader we went back to Kirkland RV in January. Ken actually remembered us which was very impressive. We found the perfect rig but had no idea how to make it work. Ken even came to our house with us in it to make sure that it would fit in our driveway, which it did. Then he worked very hard to get the minor improvements that we wanted while Kevin worked very hard to get us the financing. Everything worked out and we our very happy with the whole experience.
I also have to give a shout out to Rick, their technician. He is one of the best tech’s I have ever worked with. I work in automotive repair so I have worked with a lot of techs. He obviously takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does.
I would recommend Rick to anyone that needs RV work.

Best I’ve run across.
I had an electrical problem and their techs came out and checked it out and it went away until I took a road trip for 17 days.
I stopped and asked for some suggestions and Steve (technician) said to check the outlet in the storage compartment. Sure enough that was the problem. I disconnected it and replaced the wire nuts on the wires. Hasn’t tripped since.
The rig and I am happy with how helpful they have been since I purchased my coach.

I can't thank you guys enough for the extremely positive experience my better half and I had purchasing our Minnie Winnie. The entire experience was first class. From the first time we came into look and took a test drive with Tim - very professional and no high pressure sales of any kind. You guys were wonderful accommodating our schedule - sorry for being late. Steve did the complete check out and took his time and even through in a couple of stories. Even the closing paperwork was a piece of cake. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I've ever had - not a billion extra questions and being sold a bunch of extra stuff. You can bet I will pass on the good word about my experience and your first rate customer care. And servicing what you sell - that was a very nice bonus to find out.

I bought a Class-A motorhome from Kirkland RV almost a year ago. They were extremely good on fixing little things that needed to be done and made the whole buying experience from them an excellent one. We have used our motorhome quite a few time in the last year and it has been so much fun.
Then a couple of days ago the hydraulic system had sprung a huge leak and neither the jacks nor the slides would work. We were in total panic.
But one call to Kirkland RV and a talk with Ken, Tim and Steve (the super good lead technician) put my panic to rest.
They got our motorhome in that day and got the leak fixed.
What can I say other than they are the best dealer AND service folks one could ever ask for.
I will buy my next motorhome from them for sure, and you should too!!!

It’s really hard to review Kirkland RV everyone at the dealership has been great from Sales to service.
We went there because of an ad online, we had gone to 5 other dealerships and either they tried to sell us something we didn’t want or something that fit their quota instead of paying attention to what we were asking for.
We found a nice moderately priced (this was our first RV) and we really wanted to see how we could handle it and how much we would like it before looking at something newer.
I had some of the normal maintenance things come up and immediately they fixed them NO questions asked, the power steering belt was squealing (later we found out it was the air conditioning unit) again no questions asked just fixed it.
I have had after sales service I have needed and again and again they helped me.
I would gladly recommend Kirkland and especially Ken for any of your RV needs!!

My wife and I consigned our 39 foot Heartland Bighorn 5th wheel to Kirkland RV.
Kevin gave me an estimated price as well as some idea of the timeline which we might expect.
Realizing it is a buyers market I wondered how we make ultimately make out with respect to the sale.
I was pleasantly surprise when less than 3 weeks later Kevin called and filled me in on a prospective buyer and the sales price which they were looking at.
Sure enough a couple of weeks later the rig was sold and I had a check in excess of what we had anticipated.
The long history in the RV business has enhanced their reputation and I strongly recommend them whether you are a buyer or a seller.
